This User Agreement (hereinafter, the “Agreement”) governs the relationship between the Apex Store online shop (hereinafter, the “Seller”) and the individual using the apexstore.ru website to browse and purchase goods (hereinafter, the “Buyer”).
Information about products, prices, and terms of sale posted on the website constitutes a public offer in accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Placing an order on the website means full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.

The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of the goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for the goods under the terms of this Agreement, applicable Russian legislation, and the Rules for the Sale of Goods by Remote Means.
The order is placed by the Buyer independently on the website by filling out the order form
The contract is considered concluded from the moment the Seller confirms the order (by email, SMS, or other means)
The Seller has the right to refuse to accept an order if the item is out of stock, of which the Buyer will be additionally notified
Prices for goods are listed in Russian rubles on the website and may be changed by the Seller unilaterally. The price of an item confirmed at the time of order placement is not subject to change.
Payment is made using the methods indicated on the website at the time the order is placed (bank card, electronic payment systems, etc.).
The terms, methods, and timeframes of delivery are governed by a separate “Shipping Policy,” and the terms of return by a separate “Return Policy,” both posted on the website and forming an integral part of this Agreement.
The Buyer undertakes to:
Provide accurate information when placing an order
Pay for and accept the ordered item in a timely manner
The Seller undertakes to:
Deliver to the Buyer an item of proper quality that matches the description on the website
Provide accurate information about the item, its price, and the terms of purchase
All materials on the apexstore.ru website (texts, images, trademarks, design) are intellectual property of the Seller or third parties and are protected by Russian law. Use of website materials without the Seller’s written consent is prohibited.
The Seller is not liable for:
Damage caused to the Buyer resulting from improper use of the item
Temporary unavailability of the website due to technical reasons beyond the Seller’s control
Discrepancies between the color rendering of an item in website photographs and its actual appearance due to the Buyer’s individual screen settings
A pre-trial claims procedure for dispute resolution is mandatory. A claim is sent to the Seller in writing and is reviewed within 10 (ten) days of receipt.
If no agreement is reached, the dispute is referred to court in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, either at the Seller’s location or the Buyer’s place of residence, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
The Seller has the right to unilaterally amend this Agreement by publishing a new version on the website. The current version is always available at: apexstore.ru/terms-conditions.
